In Motion Psychotherapy was built on a simple idea: change happens through movement. Whether it’s a walk on a trail or an honest conversation about what’s shifting in your life, motion — physical, emotional, or relational — is what helps us grow.

We take therapy off the couch and into real life. Sometimes that means walking outdoors, other times it means tackling what’s in front of you right here. The process isn’t always forward — it can be sideways, backward, or uphill — but it’s always in motion, and that’s what matters.

This is therapy for people who want to feel movement again — in their thinking, their relationships, and their lives.

He believes in the power of movement — physical, emotional, and relational — and works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, grief, family dynamics and life transitions. His approach draws from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping people find the courage to change and grow.

Kevin prioritizes trust and open communication, fostering a supportive space for self-discovery while approaching each client with open communication. He is currently a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Kevin Klin completed his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. He is also a Certified Ontario Teacher with over 11 years of experience supporting teenagers and adults in therapeutic and outdoor educational settings.
